Catalyst CHICAGO, IL

Marquette completed Catalyst in July 2014,  a 223-unit, 19-story apartment building with 14,296 square feet of ground floor retail space of which approximately 89% was pre-leased to a credit tenant. The property is located at 630 W. Washington at the busy intersection of Washington and Des Plaines. Aside from the retail space, the property has a 161-space private parking garage situated above the retail space and below the residential units. The property features high end finishes, a resort-style rooftop pool among other 19th floor luxury amenities, as well as an outdoor deck on the 4th floor. Catalyst is located in the Near West Loop neighborhood, which has proven to be one of the fastest growing rental markets in the city.

Catalyst HOUSTON, TX

Marquette broke ground on a 364-unit, 29-story apartment building this Fall with approximately 7,700 square feet of ground floor retail/restaurant space in downtown Houston. Aside from the retail space, the property will have a 589-space private parking garage situated above the retail space and below the residential units. The property will have high-end finishes and two amenity floors including a full-size, resort-style rooftop pool and other luxury amenities. The building will be delivered in Summer 2015.

Randall Highlands NORTH AURORA, IL

Marquette Companies developed the 146-unit, townhome style, 29-building apartment community located just north of the I-88 technology corridor at the highly visible intersection of Orchard Road and Randall Road in North Aurora, Illinois. and completed it in 2014.The project creates a superior lifestyle for-rent niche compared to other conventional apartment products due to the attached 2-car garages, four-unit and six-unit building types, two-story living, and 2 to 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms. The project also includes  a 2,791 sq. ft. clubhouse featuring a fitness center, two leasing offices, great room, kitchen, barbecue area, sundeck and swimming pool along with an existing 5.3 acre park site.

Algonquin Square ALGONQUIN, IL

Marquette Companies broke ground in the fourth quarter of 2012 and completed it in 2014. The 220-unit, 11-garden unit apartment community is located just off the Randall Road corridor in Algonquin, Illinois. The property is entitled for an additional 60 apartment units and a 24,000 sq. ft. retail parcel that can be added to the project. The 16.75 acre property is located adjacent to the Algonquin Commons, which is a 600,000 sq. ft. retail lifestyle center with extremely popular dining establishments.

Main Street Village LISLE, IL

Marquette has received approval for a transit-oriented mixed-use development in the heart of Downtown Lisle, including 200 luxury-appointed apartments and 15,000 square feet of restaurant and retail space. The project features public outdoor plaza seating and a corner fountain as well as private outdoor recreation space and below grade residential parking. Shopping, dining and the Lisle commuter train station are just across the street. Construction is scheduled to begin late 2015.
